The client is responsible for backing up all data prior to service. Chase's Tech Hub is not liable for any data loss that occurs during repair, hardware replacement, or software servicing.
Labour charges only apply if the stated issue is resolved. If the problem cannot be fixed, no labour fee will be charged. Parts sourced at the client's request are non-refundable once ordered.
All parts are sourced and paid for by the client. Chase's Tech Hub provides installation labour only and is not liable for manufacturer defects in client-supplied parts.
I will only access files or data directly required to complete the agreed service. No personal files, photos, or documents will be viewed, copied, or shared beyond what is necessary.
Full payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted methods: e-Transfer and cash. An invoice is provided for every job on request.
On-site visits are available within 60 km of Oshawa. A $25 travel surcharge applies. Bookings outside this area are considered on a case-by-case basis — just ask.
